    About the Role:

    The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and managing the payment process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a FULL-TIME position and open to candidates based in the Philippines only.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform day-to-day full-cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
    • Review, code, and enter all accounts payable invoices.
    • Ensure proper department/GL coding for all AP transactions.
    • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices and resolve invoice discrepancies.
    • Reconcile accounts, prepare reports, collect, and maintain detailed records. Review and update information in NetSuite accounting system, perform analyses, and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Monitor accounts to make sure all payments are up-to-date and invoices have been received.
    • Monitor invoices pending for approvals and declines.
    • Manage AP inbox and scanning of vendor invoices.
    • Handle vendor calls on payment statuses.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all vendor accounts.
    • Prepare check requests and electronic payments.
    • Assist with employee expense reimbursements. Audit and verify expense reports.
    • Perform monthly reporting and assist with month-end closing.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (full cycle required).
    • Minimum 2 years related experience in a high-volume environment.
    • Proficient in NetSuite, , MS Office Tools.
    • Excellent math skills.
    • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
    • Knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures, and standards
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to verify data input and correct errors
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
    • Willing to work on a night-shift schedule on Philippine Time or US hours

    Equipment Requirements:

    1. A dedicated workspace free of unwanted noises and distractions
    2. Computer: at least 8th Gen Intel CPUs or AMD Ryzen 2000 series equivalent or above.
    3. Computer Operating System: Windows 11 ONLY (No Mac Devices)
    4. Computer Memory/RAM: at least 16.00 GB
    5. At least 100 Mbps internet connection
    6. Webcam (at least 1080p) or Laptop Camera capable of the same resolution
    7. Dual monitor
    8. Backup internet connection and power source

    Work Environment and Schedule

    • Full-Time and fully-remote position based in the Philippines
    • Work schedule must align with U.S. business hours based on recruiting needs
