Check and receive all the documents from Front Office Personnel.
Monitoring of cash balances for deposit pick up every Thursday.
Monitoring the Post Dated Check (PDC) for endorsement to Security Bank.
In charge of check voucher and check preparation in Check Right application.
Checking of Daily Sales report.
Ensures timely achievement of collection targets.
Receives and files Sales Invoice transaction.
Facilitates turnover of documents for filing or countering of collections.
Prepares and submit to supervisor monthly collection delay report.
Submits weekly aging reports to all concerned Department.
Conducts collection and follow-up and monitoring transaction.
Assisting the Front Desk Officers available for cash turn over
Do other task assigned by immediate superior
