We are an office equipment rental and service company located near Friendship Highway, Angeles City.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Marketing Assistant to support office operations and basic marketing activities.
- Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and invoices
Coordinate technician schedules
Manage Facebook page and post promotions
Answer customer inquiries (Messenger/Call)
Organize documents and simple reports
Assist sales follow-ups
- Qualifications
Basic MS Excel skills
Familiar with Facebook business page
Good communication skills
Experience is an advantage but not required
* Probation Extension & Salary Adjustment Clause
Probation Period and Salary Increase Upon Extension
The employee shall undergo a probationary period of three (3) months.
Upon completion of the initial probationary period, management will evaluate performance based on the following criteria:
Attendance rate of at least 95%
No serious misconduct or policy violation
Ability to perform assigned admin and marketing tasks independently
Acceptable accuracy level in documentation and reports
Professional communication with customers and team members
If the employee meets most performance standards but requires additional time for full qualification, the probationary period may be extended for up to three (3) additional months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
