About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to lead content planning for a fast-growing podcast brand. You will be responsible for analyzing trends, creating content direction, and guiding the editing and social teams to execute the vision.
Responsibilities
Plan weekly/monthly content calendars
Identify trends, hooks, and angles for viral short-form content
Coordinate closely with the team to understand goals and messaging
Provide creative direction to editors and social media managers
Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies
Ensure content aligns with the podcast's voice and vision
Qualifications
Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media leadership
Strong knowledge of podcast and short-form content ecosystems
Ability to conceptualize high-performing ideas consistently
Great communication and presentation skills
Past experience working with creators, podcasts, or media brands is a plus
