- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- At least 3 years experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Certification in data science or related fields.
- Industry-specific domain knowledge in healthcare and manufacturing is a plus.
- Gather and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Develop data pipelines and workflows to automate data collection and processing.
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from data.
- Build and train predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
