This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Associate, located in Cebu.
The Information Technology Associate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing technical support, managing software and hardware installations, and ensuring system security.
The role also includes collaborating with team members to improve IT infrastructure and monitoring system performance to enhance productivity.Qualifications
Information Technology skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac and Cloud Computing
Strong Communication skills for clear support and collaboration
Experience with system security and troubleshooting
Ability to manage software and hardware installations
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Prior experience in IT support is a plus
