- Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of communication infrastructure design.
- Thorough knowledge of the technologies utilized in network/communications planning, research and development work and/or troubleshooting for service support.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, terminology and trends in network, wireless and VoIP communication systems and services.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of installing and maintaining Cisco Call Manager, Hoted Telephony UCaaS/CCaaS
- Thorough knowledge of tethods and techniques of troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper networks, wireless or VoIP related hardware, software and interconnectivity problems.
- Thorough knowledge of Vendor/contractor support procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of Proper telecommunication equipment operation, usage and procedures.
- Must be knowledgeable in capacity planning for Voice and Data services
- Perform workload and planning control management, providing relevant reports to management.
- Analyze systems and specifications.
- Produce results in a timely and efficient manner for own work and work of direct reports.
- Establish project budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
- Must have CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCNP or any related certifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience in relevant field
