- Collect and analyze large data sets using Excel, BI software, and SQL
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Provide analytical support to key business initiatives and projects
- 2+ years experience in a BI Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets
- High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI software such as Tableau
- Knowledge of statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques such as data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fields.
