    Role Overview:

    This role is execution-first. You'll take the strategy and optimisation direction from the Digital Marketing Manager and turn it into consistent, high-quality output across content, organic social, and EDMs. You'll be responsible for implementing campaigns, posting and scheduling, maintaining content calendars, and producing monthly performance reporting in collaboration with the manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Implement campaign tasks (content creation, publishing, scheduling, build/send emails).

    Maintain content and publish calendars for both brands.

    Ensure all content is on-brand, audience-appropriate (B2B vs B2C), and aligned to campaign goals.

    Manage posting/scheduling tools and keep workflows organised.

    Coordinate approvals and follow clear feedback loops to keep output moving.

    Weekly market research for both entities and liaise with external agencies

    Participate in a monthly review call with the DMM to align on what worked, what didn't, and what changes will be made next month.

    Flag anomalies (traffic drops, email deliverability issues, post reach changes) and share observations.

    Maintain a simple dashboard/spreadsheet and provide notes on what was executed that month.

    Pull metrics from tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, email platform, social insights).

    Compile monthly reporting across: SEO/content performance, organic social performance, and EDM performance.

    The Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

    Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals and content formatting in CMS like WordPress, Shopify.

    Background in organic social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.

    Experience scheduling and publishing organic social content.

    Experience working with AU/US/UK clients.

    Experience building EDMs on a major email platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor).

    Proficiency in monthly reporting and managing performance metrics.

    Hands on experience on tools - WordPress/CMS (Avada or similar), GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile (B2C), Microsoft Office, email platform (HubSpot), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva/Figma, reporting spreadsheets.

    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
