JOB SUMMARY:

The primary role of the DP Stock Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This is a full-time role, Monday - Saturday as standard schedule.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date

· Monitor and manage inventory control

· Order new supplies in a timely manner

· Receiving and inspection of incoming stocks of marinades and packaging

· Preparation and issuance of materials per batch to production

· Transact SAP in a Daily basis of Movement (Goods Receipt, Delivery

· Receipt/Upload and other movement)

· Elevate concern of aging materials for proper disposal and selling of expired

· and non-conforming materials

· Conducts Monthly Physical Inventory and Variance reconciliation

· Keep neat and clean warehouse premises

· Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials

· Communicate and collaborate with other team members

· Make suggestions for productivity improvements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be at least College Level/ College Graduate

· Physically able to lift up to 25 kg or more

· Preferably with work experience in warehouse or has a knowledge in warehouse

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with SAP, and able to upload data into the company system

· Able to work independently
