Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee property management, leasing, and sales operations, while leading the expansion and optimization of its property portfolio.
This role is ideal for a driven real estate professional with strong experience in property management, leasing, and sales who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Job Description
- Manage the overall operations of assigned residential and/or commercial properties.
- Oversee leasing activities including marketing, property viewings, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and contract execution.
- Drive property sales from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and brokers.
- Monitor rental collections and coordinate with the finance team on billing, reporting, and documentation.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance and property upkeep to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, leasing performance, sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, client acquisition, and overall portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in property management, leasing, and/or real estate sales.
- Proven track record in closing lease and sales transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously.
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working onsite.
