    One (1) Slot for Administrative Assistant II

    Salary Grade: 8 (Php 19,744.00)

    Status of Employment: :Contractual

    Location/Office: Field Office VII

    Program/Division/Unit::Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

    Reports to: ARDO

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education:Completion of 2 years in college

    Experience: 1 year relevant experience

    Training: 4 hours relevant training

    Eligibility :None Required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

    Education

    :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information

    Technology or any computer related courses

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    .Maintain provincial files of Pantawid Pamilya documents

    .Assist in tracking communications in cluster level

    .Facilitate the preparation of vouchers, communications, travel tickets, and other administrative concerns related to Pantawid Pamilya such as catering, repairs, payments for meeting venues, and accommodations

    .Assist in the preparations and conduct of meetings, workshops and capability building activities for Pantawid Pamilya

    .Assist in the preparations of provincial documentation and reports

    .Facilitate the confirmation of attendance of different activities of Pantawid Pamilya

    .Assist the city/municipal links in the administrative needs of the program

    .Performs other related task that may be assigned.
