- Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements; provide high-level insights that drive executive decision-making.
- Compliance & Audit: Enforce strict financial protocols and conduct internal QuickBooks audits to maintain data integrity.
- Payroll & Tax Management: Oversee payroll processing and guarantee that all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- General Ledger Mastery: Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and guidance to the accounting staff to maximize output and accuracy.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance, with significant time spent in a Supervisory/Management capacity.
- Strategic Expertise: Proven ability in Strategic Planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting within a corporate or investment environment.
- Credentials: CPA license is highly preferred but not strictly required for candidates with exceptional experience.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level hands-on experience in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance.
