    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Ensure the organization's compensation structure is competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    Compliance and Policies:
    • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and followed.
    Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Encourage employee development and career growth opportunities.
    Employee Records and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

    HR Reporting and Analysis:
