GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.
GEMECO's customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
Maximize the utilization of resources to meet productivity and quality goals
Drive improvements on the process and the whole production line
Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
Implement the department's established policies
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements :
Candidate must be a graduate of an Engineering course
At least 8 years related experience in a manufacturing set-up
Proven leadership skills, sound judgement
Able to communicate to any level in the organization
Knowledge in ISO an advantage
Team player, with good interpersonal skills
Competitive salary and benefit package offered to qualified candidates.
