QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Strong reputation for integrity, values and character.
- Can start ASAP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Expediting requests rush orders and changing sales orders and shipping information as required
- Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products when Account Executives are on field.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material/sample/swatch.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client meetings, showroom visit.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
