Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers

Resolving customer inquiries/requests

Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner


Qualifications:
With at least 12 to 23 months up Call Center Experience (International Voice)

SHS Graduate or 2nd year College Completer

Willing to Work on Site

Willing to do Shifting Schedule
