QUALIFICATIONS:
At least college level,
3+ years experience in same field
Possess driver's license for 4 wheel vehicles
Can read, write and understand english
Willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
COSH and WAH Certified is an advantage

Mean time to repair, install and construct
Inventory Management
Customer satisfaction (Internal and External)
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Familiarity on O&M and Construction or any related fields
Strong decision-making capability
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all tickets must dispatch base on endorsement
Ensure all endorsements and queries must be catered within Service Level Agreement
Ensure clustering equally divided to team
Ensure to maximized all teams base on their schedule
Ensure all fault tickets updated in timely manner
Ensure to collate necessary restoration details
Ensure all fault tickets monitored end to end basis
Ensure run thru real time updating by team
Ensure all Tracker updated real time
Checking field team hourly status update
Observe standard format of updating
Check and secure final status of tickets
All challenges and concerns must be properly coordinated with Immediate Superior
Ensure to provide End of Day Report
