Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow our online and offline sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and experienced in driving revenue through multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and increase online sales (social media, website, messaging platforms).
- Handle in-store/offline sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client leads.
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (fashion/retail experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online selling strategies.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, messaging apps, social media tools).
