• Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance to all government regulatory reports
• Help design and implement tax planning program
• Help identify tax planning opportunities. Provides tax efficient alternatives to the company's business units and transactions
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning and improve tax savings
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by maintaining effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
• Handling of BIR tax audits including the recon procedures, analysis, and accurate preparation and submission of schedules or working papers in a timely manner
• Advocates tax regulations by handling BIR investigations and audits through proper coordination with BIR examiner to finish all

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• With at least 5 years related work experience in Corporate Accounting and Tax
• With at least 1 year experience as Manager
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Can start immediately and willing to work on-site
