About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. This is a full-time role based in Taguig City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to emails, chats, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and effective problem-solving to address customer concerns
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for improvement
