We build videos that generate enquiries.

We're looking for a video editor who understands performance content — not just someone who can make things look "nice."

Your main job is simple:

Edit videos that generate leads for interior design businesses.

You'll be responsible for:

Editing paid ad creatives (Meta / social ads)

Turning raw footage into high-converting short-form videos

Structuring hooks that stop the scroll

Cutting VSL-style videos for lead generation

Optimising pacing, captions, and visual flow for retention

Repurposing long-form footage into short, performance-driven clips

This is both a cinematic and performance editing role.

You'll mainly work on:

Facebook & Instagram ad creatives

Short-form reels (15–45s)

Hook-first edits

UGC-style ads

Voiceover + subtitle-driven videos

Split-testing multiple creative variations

Landing page video edits

You will not be doing:

Wedding edits

Music video edits

Travel montages

Cinematic passion projects

Long-form YouTube documentaries

You should:

Understand short-form performance content

Know how to structure a strong hook in the first 3 seconds

Be comfortable editing for homeowners & interior design brands

Understand how ads, landing pages, and funnels connect

Be able to produce multiple variations quickly

Be open to feedback and fast iteration

Bonus if you:

Have edited paid ads before

Understand Meta ad creative psychology

Can do motion graphics

Know how to colorgrade on Davinci

Know how to edit for retention curves

Have experience cutting UGC-style videos

Can follow structured frameworks and SOPs

What Success Looks Like

If you're doing well, you'll:

Produce video ads that generate clicks and enquiries

Improve hook retention and watch time

Turn one shoot into multiple high-performing variations

Work closely with strategy and media teams

No micromanagement, but high standards
