Responsibilities and Duties
. Provide excellent customer service and product support
. Understand & continuously improve knowledge of the IRE suit of products
. Perform all tasks with a genuine customer focus to identify and respond to customers' needs
. Contribute to internal development and the continuous improvement of service to ensure client retention
. Recording more complex issues, and escalate as needed
