    We're Hiring: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to lead implementation and support initiatives across Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, FA). The role requires strong functional expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and leadership experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions while managing project delivery and cross-functional integration.

    What You'll Do:

    Functional & Solution
    Leadership

    • Act as Oracle Certified Functional SME for
      Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA).
    • Lead end-to-end implementation and support
      of Oracle Fusion Applications.
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and clearly articulate
      client business requirements.
    • Identify process gaps (GAP analysis) and
      recommend optimal Oracle-based solutions.
    • Design and architect solutions across multiple
      systems and integrations.
    • Prepare functional documents including BR100,
      MD50, TE020, Configuration Documents, To-Be Process Documents, Functional
      Design (FD), and Test Scripts.
    • Ensure adherence to AIM / OUM methodologies
      across project lifecycle.

    Implementation & Delivery

    • Lead at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud
      implementations and 1 Oracle EBS implementation (mandatory).
    • Oversee configuration, testing (SIT/UAT),
      deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Manage integrations with third-party
      applications and external systems.
    • Resolve complex customer escalations and production
      issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in
      Oracle Finance processes.

    Team & Stakeholder
    Management

    • Manage and mentor functional consultants and
      project teams.
    • Act as a bridge between business users and
      technical teams.
    • Lead client workshops and provide subject matter
      expertise during pre-sales or business development engagements.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all
      organizational levels.
    • Support multi-country rollouts and global team
      coordination where applicable.

    What We're Looking For:

    Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
    • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA).
    • Experience in at least 1 Fusion Cloud implementations or 1 Oracle EBS implementation (mandatory).\
    • Strong knowledge of ERP project lifecycle and delivery governance.

    Technical & Functional Expertise

    • Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
    • Strong knowledge of AIM / OUM implementation methodologies.
    • Experience handling third-party integrations and cross-system architecture design.
    • Understanding of additional Oracle modules (SCM, HCM) is an advantage.
    • Experience in ERP project management and delivery oversight.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA.

    Certifications (Preferred)

    • Oracle Cloud Certification (Finance modules preferred).
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
    • Ability to manage global teams and multi-country implementations.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex environments.
