Job summary
The Occupational Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health safety and well-being of all hotel employees.This role involves providing immediate medical care managing health programs ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards and supporting wellness initiatives within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities Medical Services Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees in case of illness or workplace injury Conduct pre-employment periodic and return-to-work medical assessments Maintain update employees health records
and medical files Health Safety Compliance Assist in implementing hotels Occupational Safety Health OSH programs in coordination with Safety Officer HR Ensure compliance with DOLE DOH requirements for occupational health standards Monitor report workplace accidents illnesses other
health-related incidents Wellness Education Plan conduct health promotion wellness activities such as medical check-ups vaccination drives
health awareness campaigns Educate employees on occupational health hygiene practices Administrative Duties Maintain medical supplies equipment clinic cleanliness Prepare submit
health safety reports to management regulatory agencies required Coordinate partner clinics hospitals government offices necessary
