- Degree from Engineering (At least 2-3 years of experience in facilities and maintenance)
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good time management and organization skill
- Willing to work onsite
- Has knowledge on supervising, cost estimating, document controlling, monitoring of projects, and other administrative works.
