Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Catering and Banquet Supervisor to oversee catering and banquet operations. The role ensures smooth event execution, proper staff coordination, high service standards, and overall client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience handling events, corporate functions, and large gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise catering and banquet operations during events
• Lead and coordinate servers, setup crew, and support staff
• Ensure proper event setup, table arrangements, buffet presentation, and service flow
• Coordinate with kitchen team regarding food timing and quality
• Monitor service standards and address guest concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Assist in event planning and pre-event briefings
• Prepare post-event reports and submit updates to management
• Maintain proper handling of catering equipment and materials

Qualifications

• At least College level or graduate, preferably in Hospitality Management or related field
• With proven experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Organized and able to manage multiple events when needed

Work Location

Cagayan de Oro City

(May require travel for off-site events)
