Job Overview
The Store Service Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, and preparing products according to company standards. This role ensures every customer enjoys a positive and satisfying store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Prepare and serve yogurt products following company standards
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Preferably with experience in the food industry or customer service
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
- With pleasing personality and positive attitude
- Willing to be assigned at SM Mall of Asia
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,070.00 per month
