    is looking for a responsible Project Manager (Civil Engineering graduate/Licensed Civil Engineer) to oversee all operations including:

    contract/project management, material procurement, permitting, planning, scheduling, financial reporting, quality assurance and control, safety, equipment management and monitoring project performance.

    The Ideal CandidateMinimum of 5+ years of construction related project managementPreferably with 3+ years of Telecom Build-to
    • Suit (BTS) field engineering permitting and construction and management experienceBachelor's Degree in Civil & Construction Engineering/related degreeExperience in cost and schedule maintenance is requiredCapable of building a team to execute the work is requiredMust be able to direct in house personnel and/or subcontractors to perform BTS tower permitting and construction, engineering and constructionTravel is required and might be stationed in any part of PhilippinesDisciplined and hardworking individual with a goal oriented mindset and strong desire to succeedMain ResponsibilitiesIs ultimately responsible for the on time and on budget completion of the project.

    Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling and planningResponsible for the projects' revenues, margins, manpower and all required resourcesOversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable processInterfaces with the customer for all project related matters to include, but not limited to, scheduling, subcontractors, site conditions, invoicing and construction close outProvides activity reporting and forecasting of revenues, margins, manpower and all required resources to managementEnforces a strict safety program that focuses on accident prevention.

    Maintains a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and the general public. Monitors compliance with the company/project's safety policies.
    Manages the staff and workers at the project location to include hiring, training, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating. Assesses manpower needs and adjusts the staff appropriately.
