About the Role
Join the dynamic team at International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. as a Customer Service Assistant. This full-time role is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office and will involve delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about our insurance products and services, guiding customers to find the best solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in our customer relationship management system
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent service
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using technology to assist customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Fluency in English and the local language is required
