- Implementing and configuring Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines, networks, storage, and security features.
- Deploying and managing Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and providing technical guidance on cloud solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft cloud services.
- Conducting performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring of cloud environments to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Leading migration projects from on-premises infrastructure to the Microsoft cloud.
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge within the team.

- Problem management level participation in Senior-level IT Security Support.
- Above average verbal and written English language skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions, Architect Expert, or similar.
- Extensive experience (+5 years) in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, PowerShell scripting, and automation tools.
- Specialist-level experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
- Experience in working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft licensing models.
