    Job Qualifications

    • Graduate of any 4-year course
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in brand marketing
    • Exposure on identification and security products is a plus
    • Adept on business development and product evaluation
    • Literate on digital marketing and creative marketing strategies
    • Basic computer skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools; Corel and Photoshop is a plus
    • Excellent presentation skills, marketing concepts, business and budget development, and innovative thinking
    • Analytical frame of orientation, sharp decision making skills, and imperative problem-solving skills
    • Keen attention to details
    • Great customer-focused attitude, orientation, and service

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learns product intensively, its applications and linkages, and the market landscape.
    • Writes and submits annual Marketing Plan per brand to support the annual company's strategic plans and objectives.
    • Monitors movement of existing products/brands and creates programs for corrective action as necessary.
    • Assists the Head – Sales and Marketing in introducing new products and/or applications.
    • Develops marketing collaterals, including the company website and give-aways, to be consistent with brand and company positioning.
    • Maintain an updated Brand Fact Book.
    • Searches and manages exhibits and events for best brand visibility.
    • Maintains positive relationships with marketing counterpart of principal/supplier.
    • Trains, coaches, and supervises marketing personnel.
    • Performs other marketing-related tasks that may be necessary or as assigned by immediate supervisor and MANCOM.
