Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Officer, based in Quezon City. The Training Officer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of employee training programs to ensure skill development and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing effective learning materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development, and Employee Training for various organizational levels
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering training sessions and fostering team collaboration
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing employee Training programs
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Relevant experience in the retail industry is an advantage
