Provide strategy leadership in credit management and monitor credit risks of customers.

Responsibilities
- Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare a report on the highest-risk accounts.
- Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the team to provide excellent management services. Ensure that outstanding debts are collected timely within various KPIs set.

Qualifications
- Must have experience in a collection environment handling abandoned or delinquent accounts is a plus.
