Job summary
The role will be responsible for the following: Attends design sprint sessions to align with overall project requirements and direction Act as a project SME to mentor QA engineers on project functionality and specifics Work closely with Solutions Architect and Solutions Designer to facilitate creation of PSD and ensure the alignment between requirements system architecture and test analysis Create a comprehensive Test Analysis and ensure that all scope has been covered Facilitate Test Analysis walkthrough with all stakeholders of the project Serves as product SME and focal person for TA related inquiries of TAAS Collaborate with developers to implement testability features Impose checkpoints on progress of TAAS when there are testing activities Review Test Cases to ensure that a significant amount of test is done for each scope and requirements Providing technical guidance on QA processes tools best practices Creates automation scripts from the regression test suite Expectation for the first 6 months Familiarize with the squad / product supported AGILE practices standardized testing processes Can create Test Analysis based on requirements incorporating minimum standard guidelines set by QA department Leads / assists in test preparation execution reporting Create test automation scripts at minimum 3 script per month or script per deployment Essential Skills Non Negotiable Skills In-depth knowledge software testing methodologies techniques tools Strong expertise Front-End Web Mobile Back-End API Database Excellent problem-solving critical thinking communication skills Experience CI/CD cloud initiatives Desirable Skills Good To Haves Experience non-functional testing security performance Years Experience years experience software development roles
