    About the Role

    We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role will focus on managing our social media presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, and driving engagement to strengthen our brand across multiple platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
    • Manage daily social media content (copywriting, creatives, scheduling, posting, community management).
    • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to optimize digital strategy.
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
    • Manage paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to maximize reach and ROI.
    • Explore new social media tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance audience engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
    • At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
    • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
    • Knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
