    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for either of the following functions:

    a. Under DPU Services Section: Deposit Pick-Up / Payroll Cash Delivery services

    b. Under ATM Offsite Operations: Offsite ATM Terminals & CRM terminal cash loading / unloading activities

    c. Under Booking & Administration Section: General Accounts Bookkeeper (GAB)/ Base Cash Clerk (BCC)/ Cash Clerk or Posting Teller

    d. Under Cash Operations Section: Vault Custodian/ FXCY Custodian/ BSP Representative/ transact Bank's business in local banks.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Prepares separate Servicing Authorization Form (SAF) for cash and checks deposit pick-up approved by CSD Officer.
    • Performs the existing procedures stipulated in the Deposit Pick-up & Cash Delivery Services agreement.
    • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the accomplished Servicing Authorization Form (SAF).
    • Ensures all cash and checks deposits are placed / locked inside their corresponding pick up bags.
    • Maintains logbook for records (if applicable), details of the deposits picked up for future reference.
    • Secures all deposits are inside the locked vault of the armored car while in transit.
    • Ensures that Check deposits picked up are dropped to Jupiter Branch unless otherwise stipulated.
    • Verifies as to completeness only all cash deposit pick-ups against the SAF and deposit slips.
    • Ensures that copies of validated deposit slips are delivered to client/s the following schedule of deposit pick up.
    • Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly Time Sheet (MTS) of Armored Cars.
    • Responsible for the monitoring of Motorized DPU & other 3rd party service providers (outsourcing) & billing and other applicable reports.
    • Perform other duties/functions that may be required from time to time.
