Job Description:
Oversee the overall warehouse operations
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of the local market
Manages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
Oversee inbound of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions, whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
Produce reports and statistics regularly:
Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related field
Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to be assigned in Tibungco, Davao
