Role Overview
As a System Design Architect, you will be the technical lead for Coupa implementations and platform optimizations. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the Coupa platform is integrated effectively into our clients' IT ecosystems. This is a hands-on architectural role focused on building scalable, high-performance solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design: Create detailed technical "To-Be" designs for Coupa modules (P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, and Sourcing).
- Solution Mapping: Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business workflows into Coupa configurations and integration touchpoints.
- Integration Management: Design and maintain integration patterns (API, middleware, sFTP) between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Platform Health: Act as the technical point of escalation for complex system issues, ensuring data integrity and performance across modules.
- Implementation Oversight: Work closely with the delivery team to perform design reviews and ensure builds align with established architectural standards.
- Feature Optimization: Review Coupa's tri-annual releases to identify and implement new features that enhance the client's existing setup.
Qualifications & Skills1. Professional Experience
- Total Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT Consulting, Procurement Systems, or Enterprise Software.
- Coupa Specific: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa technical configuration and design.
- Project History: Participation in at least 2 full-lifecycle Coupa implementations (from design to go-live).
2. Technical Proficiency
- Integrations: Solid understanding of Coupa APIs (REST) and flat-file data transfers.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience connecting Coupa to at least one major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Middleware: Familiarity with tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato is highly preferred.
- Functional Flow: Clear understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and how data flows from requisition to the General Ledger.
3. Professional Attributes
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex configuration challenges with "out-of-the-box" thinking.
- Communication: Able to explain technical constraints to business users and functional consultants clearly.
- Documentation: Strong skill in creating technical design documents (TDD) and system maps.
4. Certifications
- Required: Coupa Certified Platform Architect or Implementation Consultant.
- Preferred: Any technical certification in Middleware or ERP systems.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: Php80, Php86,000.00 per month
