Job Overview
- We are looking for an On-Camera Community Executive to support our community and
user retention team.
- This role focuses on appearing on camera for live drawings and short videos, as well as
supporting daily community interaction.
- This is not an influencer or full-time host role.
- The main objective is to build trust, explain activities clearly, and maintain an active
community environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-Camera & Live Execution
- Appear on camera for community live (Telegram / private community)
- Appear on camera for official Facebook live
- Record short videos / Reels for:
◦ Lucky draw announcements
◦ Big win highlights
◦ Festival or activity explanations
- Follow prepared scripts and live flow guidelines
Community Support & User Interaction
- Support daily interaction in community groups
- Reply to basic user inquiries in private messages (based on provided scripts)
- Help maintain a friendly and active group atmosphere
- Guide users to participate in activities or live draws when needed
Team Collaboration
- Execute tasks assigned by the User Retention / Community Lead
- Coordinate with the Events & Marketing team when needed
- Assist with simple activity execution and user follow-up
Requirements
Must-Have
- Comfortable appearing on camera (live and recorded)
- Clear communication skills (English / Taglish)
- Friendly, patient, and willing to interact with users
- Able to follow instructions and repeat execution tasks consistently
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in live streaming, customer service, or community management
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Live or Telegram communities
- Simple video recording experience (editing is a plus, not required)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
