    Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programsUnderstanding and promoting company programsRecording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information to our Administrator.

    Coordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting them to the clientsMaintaining client recordsPreparing sales proposals and quotationsREQUIREMENTS:

    Proficient in the English language, both oral and writtenVery good level of COMPUTER LITERACY, especially in using MS Office, GMAIL, and major social media appsKnows the computing functions of: Gmail, MS Office, Canva & the likes, Google / EdgeMinimum One (1) year experience in sales and marketing from any related industryAbility to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

    Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
    Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
    Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications
