    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Founded in 2005, our partner is a well-established wealth management firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to a select group of clients. For nearly two decades, they have remained committed to providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement planning services. As the team continues to expand, our partner is seeking a Client Service Administrator based in Manila, Philippines. This role plays a key part in supporting Financial Advisers by managing client interactions and administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

    This role follows a hybrid work model, with on-site presence required once a month at our BGC, Taguig office.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Schedule and confirm review meetings for Financial Advisers.
    • Manage incoming calls from prospective clients.
    • Prepare review meeting documentation, including Annual Advice Agreements, Fee Consent Forms, and other required materials.
    • Send out pre-meeting information packs to clients as needed.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Implementation Associates.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

    • Diploma or Degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial services support role.
    • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Australian Superannuation, Financial Planning, and Taxation systems.
    • Proficient in using Xplan (non-negotiable).
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
