    Job Title

    Account Payable and Treasury Specialist (Makati)

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Account Payable and Treasury Specialist to join our team in Makati. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing suppliers' invoices, account reconciliation, payroll, employee loans, expense account liquidations, and cash advances, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and government agencies' regulations pertaining to the withholding of taxes on supplier invoices.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Process and coordinate invoice resolution with Supply Chain Management and project owners
    • Monitor petty cash activities, coding, replenishment, and withdrawal
    • Process expense reports and cash advance requests
    • Collect receivables from employees
    • Prepare month-end journal entries
    • Perform account reconciliation, internal control testing, and financial data analysis
    • Assist in regulatory audit
    • Generate ad-hoc reports requested by management

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, regulatory requirements, and accounting reimbursement
    • Good understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards
    • Strong analytical ability on financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications
    • Familiarity with JDEdwards, Ariba, and other accounting software is an advantage
    • Willingness to work in Makati City

    Working Location

    Makati City, Philippines

    Salary Range

    P25,000 - P35,000 per month
