• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Oversee performance management systems to ensure employees are motivated to achieve business objectives
• Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries or concerns regarding benefits
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development
