Job Summary
As Regulator Officer, you will support the FDA Liaison Supervisor in ensuring full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements across all government agencies relevant to product importation and retail operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Licensing & Accreditation Management
- Handle application and renewal of regulatory licenses and permits:
- Bureau of Customs – Certificate to Import
- FDA – Importer License & Retail Store LTO
- BAI – Bow & Wow store accreditation
- NMIS – Accreditation
- BPI – Accreditation
- Secure additional documents required for importation (e.g., add source, import permits)
- Product Registration
- Submit and monitor product registrations with FDA, BAI, NMIS, BPI, and other government agencies
- Government Liaison & Compliance
- Represent the company during government inspections while safeguarding both customer safety and company interests
- Ensure all retail stores have their required licensed pharmacists
- Prepare regulatory documents for newly opened stores
- Confidentiality & Documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive files
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of required reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, or related field (Fresh graduates are preferred)
- Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian or Registered Pharmacist is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Honest, trustworthy, and proactive
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
