- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with MUFG, other partner banks, and MUFG investees. For example, setting up business matching between SBC and KS clients, offering value-added services from SBC, and monitoring progress.
- Internal Planning: Budgeting, monitoring and reporting budget utilisation. Driver management – management of expats drivers.
- Event Coordination and Follow-up: Managing MUFG-related events such as PAM, MGPC, MUFG Now, as well as other corporate events including WBS/MUFG Awards, Economic Forum, ASV Cup, and press interviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking
- Background in the financial industry (corporate, retail, TB, and/or IB).
- Proven ability to independently develop plans, execute, monitor, and report.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good Analytical and organizational skill
- intermediate level of MS office skills especially with Excel and Power point
- Japanese language skills preferred but not mandatory.
