- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries.
- Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
- Analyze and organize data to create reports and presentations for the sales team.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration or data mining.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Adaptability to new tools and software.
- Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
- Familiarity with Zoom Info, Hunter, and LinkedIn is a plus.
