    Phoenix Med Health is an innovative physicians network at home who has been delivering high quality healthcare to elderly patients in assisted and independent living communities, group homes, and private homes for more than five years.

    Phoenix Med Health has 50+ full-time healthcare clinicians (board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, psychiatry, psychologists, and wound-care specialists) who visit patients in their own senior living homes. We are also rapidly expanding the house-call network model with our patent-pending telemedicine via 4G/5G smart phones and tablets.

    We currently serve patients in over 300+ communities across the Valley and are staffing for further expansion.

    In order to ensure the quality of communication and the management of our clinicians during our continuous growth, we are now looking to add several

    Manager of Clinicians

    Job Summary:

    • Management of US based house call and tele-health clinicians to ensure the highest standards of patient visits. Tasks include clinician recruitment, clinician HR management, visit quality management as well as close communication with peers and a diverse team of medical providers.

    Job Functions:

    • Hiring of clinicians; management of interviews; creating a recruitment pipeline based on active patient numbers and forecasted patient visits
    • Arranges and oversees training to ensure that all new clinicians receive sufficient onboarding and mentorship before starting patient visits
    • Management of clinician visits to patients, quality of visit, ensuring clinicians complete notes and other tasks in an accurate and timely manner
    • Set-up of compensation systems in alignment with clinician qualifications and performance (quality & productivit
    • Management of KPI/OKRs for clinicians, performing regular performance/quality reviews, weekly/quarterly/yearly
    • Setting up policies and programs to create and support an amazing working environment, fair compensation/incentives and benefits for retention
    • Resolve complaints from patients/POA/Payers, development of sustainable corrective action plans to improve company care quality
    • Collaborate with Business Development (BD) and Visit Management Team (VMT) to grow communities and grow the market
    • Managing clinicians via Clinician Lifespan

    Qualifications

    • Medical Doctor degree, preferably with specialty focus
    • Willing to work in an office setup and reports to Alabang office (Filinvest One, Alabang)
    • Master's Degree in Economics or Business preferred
    • Experience working in US Healthcare is required
    • At least 10 years' experience in medical field and management role
    • Proven oral and written communication skills in English
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority
    • Great computer skills, including internet and office applications
    • Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Kareo
    • Comfortable balancing major concurrent tasks and projects
    • Excellent written skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written reports
    • Ability to understand and apply financial and reporting concepts to work responsibilities such as budgeting and variance reporting
