- While functioning as BOO in his ToD of branches, ensures the avoidance of monetary losses and/or penalties by imposing strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies, procedures and control mechanisms, with utmost accuracy and timeliness
- Contributes to the Area's average Audit rating/performance by strictly imposing on his ToD branches, adherence to the internal control measures and practices in processing all branch transactions and in performing all functions
- Contributes to the Area's goal of maximum customer retention by ensuring competent and efficient servicing of the branch's customers' transactions
- Participates and actively shares his ideas during meetings and discussions in his ToD branch, or during Area conferences
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Area Operations Officer from time to time
