Job Summary: As the Senior Finance Officer of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial strategies and ensuring the overall financial health and success of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors to drive business growth and maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risks to optimize the company's financial position.
• Oversee the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Lead financial reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors to support decision-making.
• Evaluate and assess capital allocation opportunities, including investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.

Qualifications:

• CPA is an advantage
• Experience in BPO setting is an advantage
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analytics platforms.
• Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro as needed
